• have a nominator with a national reputation in your area of talent who is:
  • an Australian citizen,
  • an Australian permanent resident,
  • an eligible New Zealand citizen, or
  • an Australian organisation

• You must prove you can work or support yourself in your field of achievement.

• can apply from onshore and offshore

• meet English requirement- Functional English

• can bring family members to Australia with you

• meet the health requirement and have adequate health insurance
• meet the character test
• meet English requirement
• Sign the Australian values statement if over 18 years
• must declare existing family member

If the applicant is under 18 years old, or are 55 years or older when apply, applicant must be of exceptional benefit to the Australian community.
